i had to go to a link within the ad on and get custom add on instructions for an addi to enter to disable all social media

Tyb, that's been there and only takes away the Google +1 and the "f like" that shows up at the very top under your Profile/settings/log off buttons...mine's been off a long time, but I still see the ones in the first post of every page. At least it's not taking hours for the pages to refresh anymore...lol!!
