yes, but since oil has been previously applied, you may want to sand the wood slightly first with 200+ grit sandpaper. Then apply a light coat and let "dry." Apply more coats depending on the type of oil you use and how much "sheen" you want from the wood. If you haven't applied wood finishes before, just read up on whats recommended for the type of oil you'd chosen to use

I remember putting DD to bed ... that was so nice. I would rock her while she fed, but that caused problems later. She wouldn't sleep unless she was rocked, even if she woke up at 3am. She didn't know how to put herself to sleep.

Hollie so sorry about your Mum. It is always scary when a family member falls ill. If she has a operation it will probably be "Keyhole surgery" which is a lot less invasive then the old way. Up and around the next day.

Okay here is my 2 cents worth. I have both and I find the black with blue light wins over by a fraction. It doesn't slip out of my hand and is not cold to feel like my silver. As I have arthritis the cold is a factor for me. I also love the blue.

but the black is cool looking too I'm terrible at making decisions

I was looking at this little lazy Susan thing yesterday and was tempted to throw a full circle on there but I haven't even filled mine yet. Mine has less holes too but I'm getting there

i need to get a mini table for my few trippys. i have some plaque like wood thingys the wife got somewhere and i thought i may drill them out..nothing fancy but its better than what i got now,lol. what size hole??
