Default Handturned Wooden and Acrylic Driptips

Sorry for the delay everyone. I didnt run away on you all. I had to commit and become a registered accessories supplier to continue using the forum. So......I did. And here we are, my number one of two threads I am allowed. So I will be getting things up and running shortly and begin my journey down the road of suppliering. *gulp* So, this is the replacement of my first thread from before. I would like to hear back from you guys who already have been testing my first batch of tips. I have been trying some new things out, getting close to perfection and since I am going forward fully I will be adding some other "ideas" I have been having into the mix and realm of possible accessories. Thanks for bearing with me and I hope to please everyone shortly with some awesome new products. Thanks for looking- Joe C. P.S. heres the original pics of my tips and ill get some other s up soon of the newer stuff.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/attachment.php?s=180b7ee613e0047a408bc1bd728e16c5&attachmentid=91757&d=1334361615" id="attachment91757" rel="Lightbox_5805148" >Handturned Wooden and Acrylic Driptips-dscn0617.jpgHandturned Wooden and Acrylic Driptips-dscn0618.jpgHandturned Wooden and Acrylic Driptips-dscn0620.jpgHandturned Wooden and Acrylic Driptips-dscn0627.jpg

Also going to be turning some acrylic driptips as well in a variety of shapes and I am thinking about accepting custom designs from people who want to design their own style tips (within certain limitations).

Question: won't the wood weaken or something if it absorbs too much ejuice? Or is it laquered or something? Beautiful work btw

Oh, btw... do you do custom tips?

The wood is either stabilized wood which has been pressure treated with acrylic resin penetrated throughout or coated in CA (cyanoacrylate aka superglue) which also provides a clear waterproof barrier. My first batch used some soft woods that were swelling also due me testing out the finishes so those are going to be avoided for now till I perfect their finishes. And as for custom tips, I am willing to listen to your ideas and offer if I can to make some custom tips. Depends on what materials you want them made from and exactly what shape you desire. They are hand turned on a lathe so the design will be symmetrical and round but can be cut in various shapes. Think of the leg of a chair with the various rounded and square cut designs cut into them.Name: 1.jpg

Wow, those look great! Would look fantastic on some of my wood mods. Are they all 510? Have you considered a 306 tip?

Hi inter_ceptor00, your tips look great.

Here's a question: I've never dripped, nor have I ever liked the round style carts or drip tips - always preferred the whistle tipped styles. But I do need mouthpieces for some rebuildable atomizers/PVs though. Any chance you would make a whistle tipped shaped tip? Shaped sort of like the tips of ego tank carts? I'd be interested in 510 fitting tips (that would fit a Zenesis), and a 701 fitting tip (that would fit a Genisis LV).

In case anyone's wondering WHY I still have the SD as my sig, it's because I got my first ecig in January 2008 but still smoked for 10 months, until I got my first SD. I have other APVs, but also still love and use my SD (with a Bulli on top). I will be forever grateful to Trog for saving my life!
