Have you guys considered capping off both ends of a straw/tube with the silicone and using it like a cartridge? One end has the plug inset with the cut and the other end is more of a cap that comes off to refill? Or both ends could be caps (picture like an old fashioned, crimped metal soda cap), just one end has the X cut? On the end with the X cut, don't use any lube, so it sticks, on the other end, use lube so it can come off for refilling.

Although - I haven't had any leaking/flooding at all. I must have made the straw and center cut just right on the money on the first try. My cart seems to be lasting longer than with the PTB and it just refilled with 14 drops of diyflavorshack peach. Vaping heaven.

lol I would not worry about it nothing wrong with the silicone cap plug... scottes using a 801 and its a lil more dificult to use a cap plug.. but you know how us men are we must have custom molded plugs now Kinda like cars we cant ever have to much H.P. !!

I dont really get what your saying with the tubes are you saying to make a plug or some type of insert for the stock carts?

They are shaped like a capitol D. But if you use a soft plastic, it could be squeezed in or use one that fits the diameter.

I don't get why the plug wouldn't work for the 901. Couldn't Scottbee just use the hole punch he used for the blue scrubbie and slice a side off for the "D" shape the same way? I don't think he's ever used the straw though - I think he used the spring. From the photo he posted of the cart, I would think a straw would still work in that cart, to hold up the plug.
