I used a standard CE2 carto. (steel tube ones), Nice tight fit. The clearo ones didnt work for me..
None of my drip tips work either...
None of my Bic pens are that large.

I have the same issue.

A CE2 with the rubber seal fits a little tighter.

We may have to bond it some way.

It doesn't have to be leak proof, as the e-liquid doesn't come into contact with this area.

A 510 Atty connector is also too loose.

When I come up with a solution I'll post it.

We're talking about JB weld but keep us posted. We'll figure it out.

the cherry pawn drip tips fit the best from the ones i have,just a loose, but won't fall out

Hmmm, all of my 510 drip tips are pretty loose in the top cap. It is designed for a 510 drip tip right? or did i miss something..

Turbo, how old are those 510 XL clearo bases you are trying to use? I have some very recent ones and they look like they are going to fit as dan illustrated, that I will actually have to press fit them in....

I just dug out a clearo connector out of my bag of dead ce2s and it will work. I think the drip tip thing is an o-ring problem. I haven't tried the bic tube yet but I bought a pack of the old style since I thought that was what Dan meant by "old bic pen" I hope so anyway......

Can you measure the opening for the CE2 on your Scubagenv3.

Mine scubagen is 0.344" and is too loose for any of my CE2's.

My CE2's are 0.343" ~ 0.344".
