Need step-by-step for 801 USB passthrough w/ manual switch

I just joined the community with purchasing my first 801, but several things have gone wrong so far. The batteries I received had faulty switches that cut-off after 1-2 seconds, forcing me to primer puff constantly to get it to work. Then just last night, my charger broke and fried one of my batteries after I tried to fix it. (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...h-red-led.html)

Obviously my soldering skills are a bit rusty, and I can't make out what to exactly do from posts on here. I need pictures and specific instructions to get this right without blowing up my last and only battery.

I hope I really get some help here, I tried searching, but found nothing that I could understand. I'm on day 4 of quitting, more than I ever have in 5 years, and I really don't want to go back.
