I got bored, decided to play with a new wick, cut like an upside down T.
It's wicking 80% VG like a madman. In the GTUS. 20mm at the bottom, 10mm stem.
Just thought I'd throw this out there for the thick juice guys....
Can't wait congrats too all that we're able to receive theirs on the early list.
No matter how unrealistic, optimism is always preferred.
That T shaped wick seems to work really well switched my wick to that style about 10 minutes ago and this thing is rocken now lets see how long it lasts
I don't use attys much, does the burnt taste mean I'm having wicking issues? I can barely get a 10mm wick of 325 mesh to fit through the hole, what do you guys suggest for 325 with the t-wick? same dimensions just have to roll it really tight? thx
After 3 attempts to make a wick I seem to have a pretty good wick that rings in at 1.9 ohms. Only problem is I can not get the tank to seat properly. I washed them twisted it even tried some juice as lube. I am gonna try leaving the tank in place and have the top pushing down on it overnight. I think the the o-ring needs to get used to being compressed. We will see.
