I got bored, decided to play with a new wick, cut like an upside down T.
It's wicking 80% VG like a madman. In the GTUS. 20mm at the bottom, 10mm stem.
Just thought I'd throw this out there for the thick juice guys....

lexi... just a thought. Cutting your wick so the off-set is on one side might save on mesh. I'm thinking that rolling from the short side to the long side... but it may wick better rolling from the long to the short side.
No matter how unrealistic, optimism is always preferred.

BTW - what kind of help are you looking for? Reply or PM me, maybe I can lend a hand.
Awesome, thank you. Was gonna comb the threads tonight, but didn't have time. I will add your info soon. As for help, I thought it was gonna take longer to compile it all, and was thinking someone else could help, but it is coming together pretty fast.
    meh.

I don't use attys much, does the burnt taste mean I'm having wicking issues? I can barely get a 10mm wick of 325 mesh to fit through the hole, what do you guys suggest for 325 with the t-wick? same dimensions just have to roll it really tight? thx

I'd check the size of the paperclip or what ever your wrapping the wick around first 325 wick is about the same thickness as 400 last I looked

After 3 attempts to make a wick I seem to have a pretty good wick that rings in at 1.9 ohms. Only problem is I can not get the tank to seat properly. I washed them twisted it even tried some juice as lube. I am gonna try leaving the tank in place and have the top pushing down on it overnight. I think the the o-ring needs to get used to being compressed. We will see.
