Dan,
Keep track of your expenses reshipping, etc. When everything is done and the tanks are ready to ship--let us know how much you are in the hole. I'm sure we will chip in to make it up to you.
Thanks for all your work.

I'm no rocket surgeon...
So i put 3ml bottle on with the 5ml cap and it seems to work better than the 3ml with the 3ml cap. I assume this is an air constriction issue? I am going to cut my 3ml bottle down to 2.5 ml and use the 3ml cap and see if that also cures my issues. Not a huge difference and it works good normally but I think I might enjoy the higher air volume
I also find the draw too hard for me and the space between the tank and sleeve is so close it restricts the air and as condensation forms between the tank and the sleeve it restricts even more. The outer sleeve has thread all the way up inside, and am thinking of grinding these off to allow more air space around the tank.
I wanna grind the excess off to but I am not sure how to do it. I bet that would make a signifigant difference. I am not sure why they went all the way up in the first place. kinda wierd
Weird, I personally think these are to airy. Did everyone else make sure that there was no metal burs clogging their air holes? Prime case of YMMV I guess.
that looks like it would work really well. I did another thing. i took the mesh and made a new wick around a regular rope wick. Basically instead of a hollow center it is a rope wick center with mesh around it. Im trying it now to see how well it works.
I quit analogs 3yrs ago and rope wicks a year ago, only ss for me...
I do not use a hole in the wick for top tank models, they always flood, I don't see the need, gravity does a good job. I do use a hole in the wick on the "Line" that feeds up from the bottom tank.
