Ok, 5 days I have filled it 16 times and it is still going strong. If it lasts thru Christmas I will just tear it apart.

Well there appears to be 2 distinct pen cap types.

The ones I got (no cone thread) are basically fancy Giantomizers. There are no replacement 'guts' for it. Pulling the metal tube off looks like it's gonna be a pain, when it dies I'll try harder.

The other style are made to slip over replacement CE2s.





Maybe one is an F1 and the other is a 'W' ???

Ego w sounds more official, but they both seem to be 3rd party products. I don't get why it is a "w" at all. I'll probably wait til I find these at a local vendor to give them a try.

MicroCig, sadly, isn’t showing the pics of fittings as they did in the past… at least that I can find. When you search for the eGo-W F1 it pulls up all of the pen styles, Giantomizers (standard and W F1), and eGo Tancos.

The eGo-LCDs are actually listed as eGo-W F1s on the web site. If anyone has the LCD version, maybe they could compare it to the standard eGo fitting? From perusing the site, it appears it uses the standard B atties so I would think it's the same.

I have Tancos and the 2ml “pen-like” Giantomizer and they are both the standard eGo 510 fitting. The new Elips F6 is totally different and has “G2 anti leak Atomizer”.

I’m thinking that the ‘F’ designation indicates the model with the A, B, and G indicating the type of atti with a T thrown in for tank designation.

And the reason for so many hits on the F1 search? This little statement…
“There are MANY poor quality copies in the market , some call it F1 , they all are leaking and they cannot use so long.
Sorry we cannot deal with copy complains , if you decided to buy copy for whatever reason, then you must deal with these problems.”

OK, 't' I get, tank, and 'a' and 'b' can be revisions. But then skipping around to 'f1' and 'w' shows no rhyme or reason. ...?

The bottom line is the ones I got are fancy pen cap Giantomizers, here thay are without the pen cap.

They are 3.7ml.

eGo CE2 Giantomizer V2 with G-Tip

The others are the standard.

Like Bobby (l3oertjie) used.



The CE2 inserts are available for around $5.


Here is Otrem's from the same thread, he is using a 510-> Ego adapter.



But FWIW it looks like bohoo used the same one I got, I'll have to cut off the skirt like he did to get the guts to slide out.

Here he has trimmed the eGo skirt.



And here is the guts that should now come out. Note the normal 510 connector and larger tube.



So basically if one wants ~2.3ml the top ones will be a faster/easier way to go.

Ye, they do vape good as they are, but not as good as after modding or maybe it is just me as it seems i can almost always taste some fibre wick. It is like some small things are hanging on my throat.
SS wick is what i preffer by far.

PS: i would really love fitting some SS screws, rods and stuff, unfortunatelly i can't find any that small to buy over here and them big shops in US don't deliver here Maybe there are some good folks out there who could make me a package and i'll paypal the money ? would be just lovely

Dog gone it... forgot about the eGo C - never saw one before but the folks at MFS and several other venders are selling them. An atty with a replaceable head. Insert the head into the base then screw on the body. Looks like Shenzhen Esco Tech. is manufacturing them. The SETC site has a good picture at the link.
