I should have just gotten black Magic Sculpt. Here are some pics.



Here is the battery box with no atomizers on it:



Here is a closeup of the battery lid. The hinge is a thick black denim embedded in the magic sculpt. You slide door sideways to unlatch and relatch. The pressure from the internal battery springs press down on the door, holding the curly end piece against a notch.

I'll post a short howto later. The actually making part is easy. It's the waiting for parts to harden that gets annoying.

Actually, that's the interesting part. When I blocked the air leak between the earlier twin mouth pieces, suddenly it didn't hurt so bad. When I made the two-into-one mouthpiece, it got downright bearable. Either that, or I just got used to it. The throat hit is ungodly.

Lookin at doing one myself using Crayola Air-drying clay. Haven't been able to find Magi-Sculpt locally and the Mrs picked that up for me, so I might as well give it a shot.

I guess that you could say the Ergolump's been an inspiration.

Zofryer great job!!! You made all of that with Magic Sculpt? How tough is it as far as in breakage... will it shatter if dropped?
