    Default E-pipe "E-Beast"

The beginning of the project - 14-00, ending 19-00.

In the process, - 2 prayers said, 2650 bad words said, 1500 apologizes for saying bad words said, injuries, burns, cuts - 0 cases, 60 photos taken, 1 of them is perverted, 45 of them saved for history. A dog that was under my feet all the time and tried to eat everything that fell, kicked 50 times, the cat, interested in everything that dog tried to eat , kicked 55 times (also tried when the dog was sleeping ...).2 samples created, 2 of them really work. All of that were created by one person with two arms, a few, miraculously saved brain convolutions, and one liver...Poor liver…

Another time said to myself: “I want a pipe”... I hold in my hand everything that I need, but something is missing ... But! After the first size the second was created, third after second, and fourth after third and then the whole chain was formed.

So, here’s everything we are going to need: 2 straight smoking pipes (such Billiard form helps to avoid problems with a mouthpiece), one with the 9 mm filter, and another one with cooler. Tooling: drill, soldering iron, vise, 2 ml syringe, Forstner drill, two 510 battery plugs, wire, etc. Everything in the picture. And two shells of 12 calibers (not for shooting!).

Strange set, you will say, and you'll... be right. But next fragments may explain this strange choice.

As you can see the puzzle formed. Let’s stick round in the round, and try not to think.

The diameter of tobacco chamber of a "standard" a pipe is usually 18-21 mm. But the depth and especially the form of the bottom does not allow you to place the battery conveniently. And now we have to thank mister Forstner who invented the bit for creating dead hole.

Gently but strongly, using a silicone mat, grip the pipe in a vise. Check the horizontal. Now let’s drill with Forstner’s help. The purpose - pass the level of the air duct, but not drill through. Carefully select the pipe; the depth of the tobacco chamber is very important, there’s may be not second chance.

Expanding air duct with 5 mm drill, then extend the 2 wires through that hole.

The next step - expand the hole for the connector in the pipe with a cooler. Carefully! For the pipe with 9 mm filter just use glue and a piece of 2ml syringe.

All this about solgering, wireing, and another "...ing"

And the button! The bottom of shell of 12 calibers, jeans button and the spring!

The last foto was hard... Gues whith what i am press the trigger?

    What no Meerschaum!!!

Just kidding, that looks soo nice and sophisticated, I want...That button is so beautiful and antique looking, it really compliments the rustic look of a pipe, great work.
