A 'new' KIS-3R33 module

Just saw this on eBay, any ideas on how this could be wired up? 9-15V (?) input, so would prolly only work as a PT with an AC adapter; but does claim 8A continuous output.

See this post and the one below it . I'm using these for my ACDC mod. Although not so much the car cord, don't drive very far for the most part, so just switch over to batt power.

and if ya use a barrel connector setup at the section where ya added the cig lighter adapter you can use one of these to power it in the house
