DealExtreme: $12.83 UltraFire C3 Cree 1xAA 1x14500 Flashlight (with Holster)
Looks good, would give you (I believe) around the same voltage as a Screwdriver - Mines has a bit more horsepower with the 2 - CR2's

This is what is so GREAT about - MODS - you can try anything - some work some don't. ( I have my fair share of don't laying around ) Give it a try - PLEASE let us know your results ( I like video's HINT HINT)

All else fail you got a COOL flashlight!

Thought I would give you all an update I am working on a couple videos that will explain everything about this mod and more in detail. How is everything working so far - WELL - Awesome is the only word I can think of - I use to go thru 5-7 Battery swaps a day. I have gone between 5-6 hour on 2 cells. Absolutely Heaven. With Rippi'n vapor the whole way. I started this with an atomizer that had about 10 days worth of use on it and have seen no reduction in vapor or performance. I actually didn't switch off the "Main" power one day and tossed my Canon 20D on top of it in the seat of my car - I got an instance panic when I smelt it "burning up (actually started to melt the seat cover ). Thought that atomizer was a goner - It WAS really dry, so I re-juiced - Tossed the cart and got a NEW one (Old one Melted) refilled and it has been going strong since. I also forgot my spare set of batteries on a 6 hour inspection trip, hoped I could make it all the way trough - BUT - got caught short - NO POWER - NO PROBLEM - Popped in to Walgreen's grabbed 2 non-rechargeable CR2's and I was off and Happily vapin again. I love this thing.

Here is the actual flashlight I use - Some really Nice colors
DealExtreme: $13.02 9 White LED Flashlight (Multicolored 7-pack)

With the MOD this will give you a 5-6 volt system instead of 3-3.7 volt

Looks good, Might have to try to make one of these.

One thing i didnt read, what did you use for a mounting cap/plate for the atomizer connection, at the end of the rig? It looks metal, and not like it was the light cover or reflector.

It was the orginal flashlight lens - I since made a replacement out of double sided printed circuit board.
