Seems that's the sweet spot a lot of moders like, yet the manufacturers do not make them. Yet.

    Thanks for your research Nerf!
I'm confused Scott - the point of these atomizers is basically to give you the 5v vape off of 2x 3v (7.4v fully charged) batteries. Unfortunately, none of my suppliers have been willing to make actual higher voltage batteries, so we're sticking with mods as the power source for the time being. These will just eliminate the need for complicated electronics or vregs inside tiny packages - one of those 2x AAA lasers Cisco modded would work perfectly and with a higher resistance atomizer it'd vape exactly like a 5v regulated one would.

    Thanks for the opportunity!!!!

Put me down for the same ...5-510s at 7.4v

Sorry Nerf, I misunderstood when you were asking if anyone wants something other then atomizers spec'd....

Please put me down for two.
I run two 14500's, so that's 7.2 volts, and I'd like to run anywhere between 5v to 6v.

    Thanks Nerf!

I'll be making this order sometime in this coming week, will send PMs for payment info for those that wanted em, and I'll update this thread with a 'who ordered what' to make sure I didn't miss anyone.

How about some momentary switches or tactile switches designed to handle this in the small form factor we need. For some mods the 3A switch is just too big and the .5A switch will fail quickly.

Mosfets are your friend here, they turn a .05A tact switch into a 15A tact switch with a 5mm^2 footprint. What I meant was does anyone want atomizers specced to a difference voltage, but it looks like everyone wants 2x 3v or 2x 3.7v atm, and one atomizer resistance *should* handle both.

Hey Nerf, great idea! I would love to be able to get a few 801's and 901's that would be able to handle 6v+. It would be great to be able to use 2 3.0v or 2 3.6-7 v batteries and not have to worry about something blowing!

    I am in dude!

    Hi Nerf
    I'm in for 5 x 510 at 7.4v too.
Just out of interest what will happen if you run these at the normal 3.7v? no vapour?
Probably want some more of the normal 510 connectors by the weekend too
    Thanks
    Chris
