    That's going to vary by the individual. I use high voltage every now and then, but I generally prefer 3.7v.

    peaceofcake: Perfect, thanks very much! What did you use to secure the atty connector inside the plastic cap? Epoxy/glue? What kind? Has it held it very well?

    Very nice, I've done this and the results are not very good as far as performance. Bigger is better (to a point) That's what she said)

    Very well done. I retract my comment about the performance. It actually performs very well when compaired to standard 3.7V @ 300ma/hr rated battery. The OP 1st photo pretty much tells the story. Thanks for sharing.

    peaceoffcake, can you tell me the inside diameter of that case? That almost looks like it would accept 18500 battery. TIA

    14500 fit exactly
    you can find this on ebay that's cell phone emergency charger
