The Rat Shack Has them In Store as well as many other electric / hobby component stores.
They Make Battery Holders From Sizes like : AAA, AA, C's, D's, with different batt capacity's (single, double, etc,) other models & styles are available as well.

It's a simple 2 AA battery holder with it's own wires. i got it from "the Source" here in Ontario. Don't know if they have 'em online or not. Radio shack might...

UPDATE: Got it today. I ordered on sunday last week, it shipped promptly on monday and it was at my door this morning. 6 business days from China, not bad at all! It works really good too. It's not a knockoff, came in the same box we all get them in from everyone else.
