How is the performance of the 401 atomiser / cart? Trog insists that the 901 is the best atomiser, but the carts suck.. i dont want to be topping up all the time. The penstyle atomiser / cart is pretty big, trog sais it doesnt give out the same vapor / throat kick as the 901 does.. but the cart life is awesome. Im hoping that a 401 atomiser will give great vapor, great throat kick, and awesome cart life / efficiency in a magnum ( screwdriver ) 3.6v mod.

Misty: those trustfire batteries are very good, you can get them dirt cheap from dealextreme.com, $4 for 2! Once you use them, drain them and charge them a couple times, they work awesome. Get this charger, it charges all sizes and types of batteries. 9 volts, 1.2 niCD and NiMH, 3.7 v LiIon. DealExtreme: $6.38 Universal Smart Quick Charger - Recharges All Batteries (100~240V AC) If you get it, there's no english instructions., you put the battery in the middle slot, positive end down, and leave it in until the light flashes red/green/red/green.

Nico: See above, the batteries are great, you should be pleased with them.

Survivalism: The ORIGINAL 2 hole 401 made by Smoore is a superior atomizer, but the carts are smaller than 901. I don't mind dripping them to top them up so often. The original ones are getting hard to find, the ones puresmoker carries are 4 hole, and I don't know if they are Smoore products. IF you can't find Smoore, go with Intellicig atomizers.
Cheese graters could also be marketed and sold as sponge ruiners. Think about it.

My 401 Pilot and Evo are fog machines if I drip. Throt hit is a 4 , but I mix w/ VG. Bout a 6 or & otherwise. Carts suck but I have the smaller ones. I think from what I have read that it is the small size w/ supiror batt time (7-8hrs) that makes it a winner 4 me. Now keep in mind that I don't own any others yet. Gonna get a 901 next (prob to be moded) and a KB or Dura-C. Also herd obout a better 901-larger cart, better batt.

Ive been looking for a 'blob of gunk' exactly like that to secure my EVO mod atomiser. Where did you get it?

I use a classic atomizer on my screwdriver and It performs just as well as a 901 not alot in it, but i don't top it up half as much.
A 401 cart hold less liquid than a 901 and they are more fiddly to top off.
