the mouthpiece is completely built from scratch out of an old battery casing. the original plastic cart has been put on a home made lathe and then shaved to almost paper thin. this was then inserted inside the metal tubing. finally, all paint from the battery, atomiser and new mouthpiece was removed using the lathe and then polished.

bloody cheek.........just took of the mouthpiece indeed! lol

Thanks a lot. I did this to one of my batteries and it looks great. I had though about doing this a while back but I was worried that it might start rusting or that the metal might be tin and that I could accidentally puncture it and get lithium absorbed into my skin. I used a black sharpie to color one of my carts black, since I already have a bunch of carts so with the limited money I have I can't justify buying carts just because they're black. The sharpie doesn't come off unless e-liquid leaks and gets on it, lol. This can't be too good for me, but black looks so much better with the silver then brown.
