I ordered my pen style 801 from them, and some juice. Order came quickly, correspondence when I messed up my shipping email was timely and polite.

My USB passthrough wouldn't work, and they immediately shipped me out another one which works perfectly.

RY4 juice is awesome, with a light caramel flavor. The Creme Brulee is also wonderful, with great vapor.
