    Default Strange burning smell, yeeeuuuuk

Still waiting for my evo, but think Ive just encountered my first technical hitch with my first model! Ive got the most odd burning smell! So I thought I would do my first bit of DIY cleaning, but thats just the start of the problem, there are so many threads on the subject with so much advice I just do not know where to start! Thinking it could be atomizer, there is just so many different takes on what to do, blow it, boil it, seep it in coke, blast it out with compressed air, ooh my heads spinning! Have only tried so far, unscrewing the atomizer from the battery and blowing down the battery end, Does not seem to be any liquid on the tissue, so any advice please, also thought it could be the carts that are either too dry or totally gunked up with old liquid (Ive not been taking the cup out of the mouthpiece to fill, just dropping the liquid onto the fibre from the top of mouthpiece) Tell me Im doing something wrong!

Sounds like you are trying to vape it too dry. Either fill it with eJuice, of if you don't have any, switch to another filled cartridge.

If you can't get rid of the burnt taste by cleaning, you may need to toss the vaperisor and go with a new one.

definitly a dry cart, try to always keep it wet, fill it before you get that smell, leaving it dry could not only hurt the atomizer but also your lungs...
