    anyones orders been seized lately from east mall or ruyan direct. Its been awhile and i ordered some liquid. How long does it usually take to get ems from china

    scared about both of my $200 orders being seized

    any thoughts

    I placed an order on 3/17 and received it today. It was stuck in customs for like 4 days, but I just received it! So it took about a week. It was a small package because I only ordered 100ml of 36mg un-flavored. I don't know about larger orders.

    I made an order March 13. It has been sitting in Canada customs since March 24, according to Canada Post. Glad to hear others had received their stuff, lots of fear mongering going on in the forum about importing. I won't panic yet.

    how did you know it was sitting in customs, and why did they let it through customs, i thought that they seize anything to do with e-cigarettes. Is this only for commerial big orders?

    I ordered a long time ago - seems like around the 12th or so. My package got lost by EMS I believe, I never could track it, the number never showed up.

    I contacted David at eastmall and he said there was another package that had also been lost. He refunded my money and I'm in waiting mode to see if perhaps it shows up or do I order again?

    So it wasn't customs... I don't think it ever GOT to customs.

    They didn't open the package... and it was declared as a gift pen? All packages coming from abroad go through customs when entering the U.S. or Canada for that matter. As to why??? Deez tings I do not know.
