long time since O.P. I know but had to update / revive the thread . planet k has johnson creek juice and 510 kits . aarons rock and roll has 510 kits and dk juice 30 ml for $10 . mr. nice guy has some stuff as well and smoke atx , they have been the ones i have found so far . the last two have cigs similar to the 808 the carts will not fit on an 808 . those odd carts cost $5 for a cart or 20 a box . I myself have been searching for walk in shops for more reasons than shipping . but yes these shops exist .

If you are in a bind, Planet K sells juices(very limited selection, onyl 24mg/ml). I think they might also have afew attys 510's maybe?

Just thought I would update this thread since I am in Austin on business and stopped by the Planet K (website planetktexas.com) near Duval on the north side of town. They did have a 510 kit and a couple of other kits, along with what appeared to be some pre-filled carts. I was hoping they might have some LR or SR cartos but no luck on those. They did sell the following Johnson Creek flavors in 24mg:

Original
Original Lite
Strawberry
Arctic Menthol
Strawberry (although they were out of this)
Mint Chocolate

and maybe one other. 15ml bottles were $12.95. Considering that JC charges $9.95 for the same size bottle this is a pretty reasonable markup compared to what a lot bricks & mortar places do.

Planet K is a pretty neat gift shop chain though and is definitely worth poking your head into. They have a lot of head shop stuff and some interesting perverted gifts along with some nice handmade stuff at pretty good prices. They also appear to have a diverse selection of skin mags and sex toys if that is your thing.

I emailed the owner of Value Vapor and he does not meet folks interested in purchasing locally unfortunately. However, he did point out that stuff shipped locally in Austin would generally arrive the next day so that is certainly worth taking advantage of if you will be there long enough or live there.

Awesome to see some "shops" open in texas. None here in houston. We've got elixir, alien visions, & got vapes.... 3 huge players.... now we need store fronts: )

I love value vapor! His prices can't be beat we would probably buy him outta stock if he opened shop.
Get to know other vapors in your area, that way if you are ever in a juice or hardware bind, you've got a friend to hook you up.

Value vapor needs to get more 510 prefilled cartos in stock like yesterday.

There's a place in Tyler Texas. I know thats a ways from Austin. I dont know what they carry (as far as juice) because when I was in there, I was looking for something else. But they showed me what they had as far as pv. They DIDNT tell me I could buy the stuff over the internet or I would have bought one of their set ups. When I go back down there in July, I am going to stop in there and give 'em what for!!! They made me mad, after I found out about this site and the tons of stuff online.because they didnt tell me

I didn't know about Value Vapor when I sent a buddy of mine to "my" guy in Houston (Houston Electronic Cigarettes-Alvin Ecigs) Chris is a stand up guy with super fast shipping..... Good to know about Value Vapor though, I'll pass the word when in Austin....

If you live in south austin, Austins Ecig. is a great supplier I know the person who sells to the stores and get whole sell prices when I buy in bulk on e-juice. But other then that you get get 10ml/0-24mg e-juice for like 10 bucks at any one of the stores. But I would avoid tobaccoville since the lady who owns it is quite rude. But any of the other stores have it and if they dont have it call the T-.... shop listed the sellers brother works there and will give you her number and she has all the listed e-juice.
