Just got my usb passthrough in the mail - LOVE IT! I had 2 chargers and was rotating 4 batts - pain in the hiney, but oh so woth it - finally ordered a passthrough and a funky little aluminum driptip (which I love as well) and I am in chain vaper heaven! When at home I chain vape like crazy - I switch off on nicotine/nic-free - this is so much easier I don't have to have all the chargers and cords out and I can save my batts for when I leave the house. I am prepared and think I finally have a set up that is perfect for me!

Passthroughs are good, but a larger battery eliminates the need for the passthrough. An Ego, Volcano, or any of the high current battery models will allow you to vape for 12-16 hours on two batteries. If you have the 510, the Ego is simply 510 atty and cart with a 650mah battery and the ability to take 900mah, 1000mah, and 1200mah batts as well.

When I ordered my "ultimate" 510 starter kit, it came with a passthrough that I thought would just end up sitting in the box unused. It has quickly become my favorite way to vape. Not only do I get better taste and vapor from it, I don't have to worry about the battery dying on me hehe.

Do you sometimes feel like your hitting of a hookah when using your passthrough too?

Actually I do! I was just telling my husband that the weird thing was the cord running out of it! I agree though, I do think the hit and taste is better with the passthrough!

I have one PT but there is a slight problem. Both my wife and I want to use it. Looks like I will be buying another one very soon.

They called my straighthrough my "hookah" at work. No need for a wire now that I have a prodigy and the batts last for a a day and a half of HEAVY VAPING!

I had a passthrough too, but it died on me after about 5 months. Now I have a Riva/eGo and an Indulgence, and I don't feel the need for a passthrough. The combined batteries would last me 5-6 days easily.
