Experience of Ritesmoke.com:

Recently purchased a "Delite" mini cig from this company. It stopped working i.e. not producing vapour after about ten mins. The company so far in my experience has good customer service and responded to my emails very promtly. I am currently awaiting a replacement to be shipped.
This is one of their new models called the "supreme" which looks like it is a clone of the Janty "Dura".
My advise is to hang fire on ordering from this company until they introduce the new models.

My experience was a little different. I didn't have any atomizers die...but other than that about the same. The customer service was top notch and also each time that I order something from them (except for the starter kit) I have received an extra pack or 5 carts. Oh, and the supreme will be a 510 while the delight is a 306..
