new dse 801's
So i finally received 3 new 801's from ruyan yesterday, and i absolutely love it compared to my old 901, but i was curious...
It would appear that almost every time that i refill a cartridge, a small amount of liquid gets trapped between the atomizer wall and the cartridge when i reinsert the cart, and i have to go looking for a tissue every 20 minutes or so whenever i top it off. i figured it was because i was filling the cartridge too much, but i tried using less and the problem still persists.
any suggestions on how to stop this? or am i going to have to start carrying a pack of tissues around with me wherever i go? =/

88--are you using prefilled or blank--if you are using blank, where did you get them from--need more info to help you---Sun

blanks, from ruyan direct. the PG doesn't get into the little vaping slots, just between the walls of the cart and the atomizer.

88--what are you using to fill the cartridge with? As you need to fill from the bottom up if the white core is dense--a syringe or inkjet printer cartridge filler works best--You need to allow it time also when you fill for the polyester core to wick the liquid otherwise it runs out--also your juice amy be to thin--what e-liquid are you using as some like Johnson creek have been coming in way to thin----Sun

I get the same problem with various cartridges. I don't remember if it happened with the prefilled or not. No real help or even useful information from me, except that it's at least 3 different cartridge sources doing it.

That happens. No big deal and you don't need no stinkin' tissues. Just lick it off. Free buzz.

I may have to start filling with a syringe. with my 901 it really wasn't that big of an issue, but these 801 cartridges are MUCH bigger.
I'm using my homebrew liquid that's about 80% pg/ 20% glycerin + nic/flavorings. i really don't like glycerin though, it hurts my lungs when i use too much of it, but the solution is too thin with 100% pg.
I never have any problems dripping onto the battery though, so it's all good.

The 801's do kind of tend to have this prob but it's really not a big deal. I found that it helps if you make an indentation in the center of your cart material and don't overfill your cart. They do do better with a mix of PG and VG. (I made a do do)

Some amount of vapor after each draw cools in the atomizer barrel leaving condensate. When re-inserting your cartridges, it is likely the condensate on the atomizer barrel walls is being forced toward the mouthpiece. A simple test to see if this is really what is happening in your case is to do a quick wipe of the inside of the atomizer with a napkin or paper towel before putting in a new cartridge.
Also, if you are refilling a cartridge without washing and drying it first, be aware that there is likely some vapor condensate in the mouthpiece. Wrap a napkin or something else around the cartridge an blow out any liquid in the mouthpiece before re-filling.

help w/ the difference new 801 and the be112
Hello and good morning
I have never been happy with any of my 801's, ever
however, now reading this and hearing about the BE112 from Bestecig, being a very good product, if anyone can help and advise about the new and improved 801 or the diff, if any with 112, I would be very grateful
