Joye eGo Cartomizer (How can i fill these?)

Besides using a syringe can i fill them in other ways? Also if you used them before, are they better then the 510 carto?

No there is no other way to refill the cartomizer besides using a syringe. If you are thinking of heavy vapor, 510 cannot beat the Joye ego mega carto which is nuch bigger in size.

I've found a couple suppliers that sell blunt tip injectors, check out Vaperite.

I've used 510 eGo mega cartos, but the current 'hot' one seems to be the Boge 2Ω cartos. Either way, best fill is the syringe.
You can get them at most drug store counters and online in the DIY sections.

Luv my Mega Ego cart. WalGreens sells syringes behind the counter for about 60 cents.

Thanks for the info, i guess if i want to try one of those i have to get a syringe first. As for the Boge, do they have a mega carto? I'm sorry if i ask such a newbie question, it's been day 8 of my vaping so far, so i dun really know wat is out there yet. Yesterday I just got my 510 boge soft cap blank carto, I mess around w/ them, they are nice but i was trying to find if i can find another carto that holds more juice that why i was considering the Joye EGO Cartos. But I didn't have a syringe and nvr had experience with one so still wondering if i should try one. Any other advise if i want to get something to hold more juice? And won't cost me a arm and a leg. Also for those that used the Joye Ego Cartos, is it really worth the extra bucks for the carto comparing the the 510 carto?
