    Default Nic mg concerns

Hello everyone. Only my 3rd post =)
I wanted to open a thread to discuss feelings (for people that have just switched from analogs) and changes to what they feel like. Don't know if anyone understood what I wanted to say, so I give an example. Maybe someone can word it better =)

I smoked about 30 cigs (analog) a day, but very low tar (1 mg - the lightest made). I think all of the smokes, regardless of strength (rated by tar level), have about 1mg of nicotine in 1 cigarette.

When I received my first e-cig (Gamucci, just don't say anything) it came with regular strength carts (16mg). While having coffee with a friend, I popped in the cart and started vaping... Well, after reading/watching reviews
I have expected way less vapor. Anyhow, after a few draws on Gamucci, I could feel that something is not right. I felt like I have put a tight hat on, my temples felt pressured and head was heavy...

One weired think - I had an analog cig straight after - my head felt better...
But heavy headedness was with me for good half of a day. Vaping on re-filled (with Glycerin) carts is OK, but... Just like vaping air =(
I just don't want to have an experiment of smoking analogs for the whole day
to see if I get similar effects =(

Has anyone experienced similar effects? Or felt any changes (wrong changes, I am sure that you feel better without tar) from switching to e-cig? Also different MG levels of nicotine? I want to have a good throat hit, but if 16 mg makes me feel weired, I do not understand how people can vape on 36!

Hi Segery, You can't edit yet..give it a few more posts.
The nic was just too high for you or maybe you were vaping too fast and hard. I bet it felt like your very first cigarette.
Try to get at least one bottle of low nic..I think 6mg is as low as they go. If your cigarette was so low, you may not have any problem with no nic after a while.
I vaped my hubby's 36mg marlboro and had the same symptoms, it doesn't faze him. My level is 11mg and some of the fruit flavors are 6mg.
As for feeling better with a cigarette, your body was just rewarding you for putting down that nasty e-cig! No, really it was just what you were used to.
Try different levels and maybe go with a shallow drag for a bit. Some of the more experienced people might have better thoughts.
    Good luck!

Mary, thank you for reply =) I am glad that it is OK... I got worried for a while...
Shame that... Ordered 5x20ml of 36mg from EastMall... I will cut it down, but I guess the taste would not be as strong. What a waste!

When you cut it, why not use 0 nic of the flavor you have? Then it will double or even triple your liquid. 36 divided by 0 nic= 18mg. 18 divided by 0 nic =9 and so on. You will not lose flavor, just nicotine. Yes it will be expensive to have to buy more flavored liquid instead of just flavorless but you will now have triple the liquid at the nic level you want.
You can always go down the front page of this forum and see if anyone wants to trade with you.
