    Thanks for your advice and kind words.

    While she loved vaping my spare the other night when we were out, she's decided to go cold turkey.

    I'm amazed at her will power and self-control!

    I have RA, diagnosed almost two years ago. I don't think smoking has much effect on it. Doctors may tell you that, because some doctors blame every ailment in the world on smoking somehow. But I just started vaping, and do feel better - probably more to do with the coughing going away and more lung power than anything to do with RA.
