Default lost a thread - anyone has it? (nicotine to ml conversion)

I saw a thread here and i could have sworn i favored it but cant find it. It was about determining the right Nic ML in your liquid and compared to analog ciggs. Was something like if you used to smoke xxx - try xxxML mixture. Anyone?

I can remember someone saying something like 2ml of 10mg = 20 x 1mg cigs, etc but I can't remember exactly where the working out was done.

It's not difficult once you know how much eliquid you use. Most people use around 2ml per day so that means you multiply the strength you're using by 2 and that's how much nicotine you're using.

BUT ... we still don't know how much gets absorbed into our bloodstreams so this is only useful as a general guide. Best probably to listen to your body, start low and go up gradually until your cravings are satisfied.

well after reading those i am lost even more - so there is no calculator that would tell you exact conversion? For example i smoke(hoping to sa used to in a month) on average 1 pack a day of Phili Moriss ONE (0.1mg nicotine), accordint to those threads i should make a 1mg nic liquid? is that right?

    20x 0.1= 2mg

You might not be addicted to nicotine at all.

There is some more information on this thread:

Nicotine isn't the whole story when it comes to replacing smoking either. There's lack of oxygen to the brain, harmine, etc. to take into account.

Vaping is not a complete substitute for tobacco smoking

I vape zero or low/6mg constantly until I get a craving and then I have a couple of drops of medium/11mg or high/18mg for a spike. That is much more like smoking and gives me far better effect than a constant dose.

Over a day I maybe vape 0.5ml of high and as much low as I want. I'm trying not to use more than 24mg per day and spikes are a great way to stay within my allowance but still get good effect.
