He had time to update his "SUPER THURSDAY SALE" on his site but still can't reply to any emails, tickets, messages, etc. I have never come in to contact with any supplier of any item with such horrible customer service like this.. I want to laugh because it's so sad & pathetic but at this point I am just so angry..

Anybody here know any places I can report him besides the BBB & my CC company? I plan to do both of those some time tomarrow but I would like to know if there is something else.. Thanks in advance <3

There is exactly one vendor I do business with that is not registered here and them only because I was already doing business with them pre-ECF.

Thankfully I've had no problems with them they are a good vendor but I don't buy equipment from them because I can get better prices for the same models from ECF registered vendors I only get juice mainly for the hubby or sometimes when I want to try something new because they carry a lot of flavors. My all day vape comes from Vermillion River.

Even they get pretty good recommendations from other ECF members.

I checked out their site a few times and felt kinda suspicious about some of the deals there. Looked around here and confirmed them. AVOID!

True. There are some vendors who aren't registered here, but know how to run a good, respectable business. I occasionally order juice from Gourmet Vapor and they've never done wrong by me. When they have a sale, they make it known that orders might take longer to get out. The one and only time that I've sent an email to them, they responded within 24 hours, which I find acceptable. They were courteous, helpful and respectful. That's the way a company STAYS in business. How the hell Craig is staying in business I haven't a clue. Maybe he's living with his parents and working for that landscaping company that he put on his website.

I think that the BBB is the best place for you to start. Once you've filed a complaint with them, start looking at what your options are for filing a complaint with the city of Atlanta.

Did you want to purchase for your personal use or for your website?

You could also turn him in to the state for tax evasion I bet. If he runs a shady business, you know he isn't paying taxes either. Just a phone call may or may not get him shutdown. Just a thought.....

Sorry you have to go through this. I still stick to the vendors here on ECF. Much like alot of you, I always read reviews before buying a mod. I know you can't please everyone in the business world but it looks like this guy gets everyone hating him...what a shame.

I'm not really looking for anything specific.. Just something for higher voltage vaping

It would be for me. I don't have a website...

Not sure if Craig is banned from the ECF so don't know if he is able to respond to the attacks, however he has made the above statement over at ecigusers.com the thread can be found at:

However much truth there is to the accusations I think you will argee that in the interests of fairness both sides of the story need to be heard.

    Default Craig's response

Honestly,I'm tired of defending myself over something that happened a year ago that people cant let go of. Amajnn started all the crap being one of the first to get one. I got over my head on the Vapezillas, and even though I issued a date for them to start shipping,I was rushed by many to complete them and start shipping them. At the last minute,I decided to chance from clear epoxy on parts to white epoxy. It was messy, and looked like ..... I'll be the first to admit it. He got his,and it didn't work outta the box and he ripped me a new one in the video he made. This caused a mass panic. The first 10 or so didn't look so good. Hell,it was my *first* batch! Because it looked ugly, and he couldn't get his to work... people started doing chargebacks on PayPal and Google Checkout. This put my accounts almost $1000 in the negative. PayPal and google then shut my accounts down due to the massive chargebacks and negative balance. I stuck around... I defended myself... I offered credits/exchanges... and in some cases I pulled money out of my own personal account to pay back some people that didn't issue a chargeback. I messaged people on ECF for a month to let people know I wasn't running, and I was willing to make things right...and almost everyone got in touch with me for exchanges/refunds except for a few. What really gets me is that Amajnn was one of the first to get a refund when I could muster up the cash... I gave him a replacement vapezilla,a 3AA boxmod, and $50 in cash. This paid him off,and gave him a replacement vapezilla at no cost. This one I tested for 3 days before shipping it to him... and yet I found a video of him with the replacement. He complimented me on the improved looks, but trashed me that it still didn't work. Even though I told him that some batteries have longer posts, and some atomizers wouldn't work with it,he still chalked it up as me being an idiot and building a piece of ..... I have video somewhere on my PC showing me using the vapezilla that I sent him... showing the serial number and everything on it.

One person recently got in touch with me for an exchange and is one of my better reviews on my site now. I have been selling parts and mods since, and you cannot find any problems I've had since them... except one person that re-visited the vapezilla fiasco in the thread you mentioned. I've already contacted them and arranged warranty repair. I stand behind my products... and wanna put the vapezilla behind me and help others like I originally intended to do. I hope this clears things up. I'm not a thief... and I'm not out to screw anyone.

I even have a back and forth conversation with Misty from ECF stating she loved my stuff and that people brought out the pitch forks and torches for a good ole' fashioned witch hunt.

And so things are clear... yes,I got banned from ECF... not over the vapezilla, but because I *defended* myself about the vapezilla. I messaged a copy of one of amajnn's emails... not realizing that it had his address in it. He threw a fit and demanded that I be banned because I "put his life at risk intentionally" by forgetting to cut his address out of the text.
