Hello fellow vapoures.I had placed an order with Heaven gifts on 2/9/2011 but have not received it till date.The good part is HG resolved the issue my giving me a 100% refund including shipping charges.Now that's what i call a responsible seller.

the postal service and they dont have the slightest clue about where my
