Thumbs up Bad way to clear atomizer? and other ?'s

So I have been vaping for about 2 months now and have both a dse901b and a Rn4801. I first want to say that I ordered a lot of stuff from ecigarettecigar.com and have been very pleased with the quality! I started with an Npro from Njoy, and everything I ordered from ecigarettecigar has been totally compatible. I do have some quick questions about how I am treating my pv.

    1) I have found that blowing through the atomizer end of my mini atomizers clears them out of all the built up juice. I am guessing that this is an ok way to quickly clean the atomizer since I have been doing it with the 2 I use (One for regular tobacco flavor and one for flavors) and I have not had any atomizer. Does anyone else have any thoughts?

    2) I bought the Johnson Creek Starter kit (great way to taste all of their flavors), but I feel like the juic doesn't produce that much smoke and it also seems to burn up really fast, whereas my normal carts (from nJoy and ecigarettecigar) last long and vape a lot more. Can anyone help me on this?

    3) I would really like to get the PV that puts out the most vapor. My RN and DSE both work really well, but I want more haha. What is everyone's opinion on this?

    4) My factory carts on my DSE seem to burn through pretty quick and I want to know if this is normal.

    5) Has anyone really experienced more trouble with "name brand" e-cigs than with the generic ones? I am really pleased with all the generic stuff I have!

Thanks for reading! And if you are new and want to ask me any ?'s I would be glad to help where I can.

Also does anyone get a little dry mouth from their PV?

PG will dehydrate you a bit, so yes, dry mouth or even a slightly sore throat is relatively normal. Drink fluids, and your body should adjust soon enough to it as well.

The other Qs...well, there are tons of threads on each, enough to write a book with.
most vapor - buy an over-voltage device, producing 5+ Vdc, like prodigy, GG, etc.. Or use more VG in your juice, or add CG/glycerin. Or a straight USB passthrough (no inline battery or voltage clamps)

Most 'out of box'/non 'mod or higher voltage based' is likely an e-pipe, then e-cigar, then 'all the e-cigs.' The 510 is a good vapor producer, others will chime in with votes for the J118/VX2 or the Vapor King/KR808D-1. You'll have to do some searched on each, visit the reviews section, and do some homework to decide on which is your preference, but many are happy with one or more of the above.

welcome Tc321, if using high nic/heavy use dry mouth is normal. secondly as for cleaning blow thru both end(first cart side then bat) but not too hard ,and wipe off threads. while name brands may not be better than generics the warrenty is less trouble. and lastly as for ah ha i would get a 510/dura or something like the screwdriver or janty stick.

    Default PG VG Mix

Hey Thanks for your responses! I am wondering about mixing some VG into my PG juices, does that work? Also which has more vapor? I thought I had read PG gives most vapor, but I am not 100% sure.

Are you geting liquid in your mouth on your 4801? I only get that when I over fill my carts. I've had my 4801 for 6 months or so and the original atty and batteries from puresmoker (it's called the PeeWee there) are still going strong. I tend to clean my atty by just "dry smoking: it with a blank cart. I have yet to fully clean it as I have seen conflicting accounts on what is best. I will be oredering a couple spares in a few weeks.

    Question 4801

Yeah when I overfill the cart I do get juice, but I try not to overfill. I do like my 4801 the most since the carts last so much longer than my other one. I am thinking next time I order more juice I am going to get VG and see if it makes more vapor. Does anyone have any feelings about J. Creek? I really like the fact that they have a starter kit type thing, and their flavors taste pretty good, but I don't think their PG juices give that much vapor...

    VG = glycerin = glycerol.
VG is made from only plant matter, but the others may use animal fat. Chemically they're identical.

Most PG liquids also contain some VG, labelled as VG, glycerin, or glycerol.

    Yes, you can mix them

Adding glycerin/VG/glycerol generally increases vapor...if you're going to buy some, get the purest you can find, labelled for food consumption/use. A search here will give some sources online if you can't find any locally easily.

    Talking VX2 and Pen Style

So I just ordered a VX2 and a Pen Style PV from litecig. I am curious to know how others have though of these? I have heard that the VX2 lasts longer than the 901, and I hope that is true since I like my 901, but the carts don't last long. (I've read that people have short battery life, but mine seem to last longer!) I'll post more when I have spent some time with these
