I do feel healthier. It isn't a dramatic change yet, but I do feel it. I've cut down to half a pack of smokes per day from my former 1+ pack per day (with the only reason for not stopping entirely being bad planning on my part and not getting enough 'consumables'...about to run out and I'll be back to smoking tobacco for a few days, UGH). Anyway, my wife comments that my complexion looks a bit better -- better color. I'm definitely not coughing as much. I don't care if this is mere auto-suggestion. If it is, I'm happy to be auto-suggested into not coughing...

After about 2 weeks my lung capacity appeared to be twice what it was while smoking analogs.
Zits totally disappeared.
No more chronic headaches (at least two a week) I average one migraine a month and I've been off analogs for almost 3 months and have not had one migraine.
I can now jog and not feel like my chest is going to explode.
My stamina in the bedroom is much much better.
Smell has returned but my taste buds seem the same.

News to me
Over the years I did not realize what was happening untill I quit tobacco. I did not realize I was short of breath. My doctor is surprised I quit.I lost my morning cough I cannot find it anywhere. I think you may be happy without tobacco. Best to you.

I'm in a lot better shape than I was before I started vaping, cough is gone, which used to be chronic. Breathing has become so easy I can barely believe it! I didn't start exercising or anything but people comment on how much better shape I seem to be in ..and I am! ♠
E-cigs is the best thing that EVER happened to my health

I've been at it a week. No noticeable change but, I never felt unhealthy smoking tobacco. It may have been unhealthy but never _felt_ unhealthy.

Pro's...no more allergiesor stuffiness. More energy
con's...only get 8 hours of sleep instead of 12(wake right up eyes open), sense of smell is stronger(not always a good thing) and now I'm going to have to do a little more preparation for retirement(smoking was a big part of my who care's about reaching 60 plan).............oh yeah and now the liver is pissed off that he has to take the brunt of the abuse

Well, its now been 16 days and some odd hours, and yes, big difference in how I feel. Still waiting for the coughing up nasty stuff thing though, but after being a chain smoker like forever, I imaging it will take time to start. Lung capacity has increased slowly though and I can wake up finally and not feel like I have emphysema. I remember that horrible feeling that used to scare the pants off of me first thing in the morning
. Good luck and keep at it!
FYI I sometimes add up the hours, as of this post its been about 403 hours without even 1 smoke! Simply amazing.

Its only been 10 days for me and I already feel worlds better. I know longer have the morning cough that I had when trying to take a deep breath when waking up. I also no longer have the morning nasal congestion; which is nice!
Biggest difference is (more of a mental than physical health): NO MORE STINK! I live with my g/f, and 2 other roommates. 3 of us smoked (we all vape only now), but no one smoked in the house (a big no no), and I didn't even realize how bad I smelt until the stink was gone from my person.

Don't notice any difference in the taste of things nor the smell of things. But the cough is GONE and has been from almost the beginning. I do seem to be able to do more and not get winded. I too am eating a little healthier, just because one goes with the other I guess.
All in all the biggest thing is I feel REALLY good about myself, oh yeah, AND I don't stink anymore and my mouth doesn't taste terrible.
