Super Concentrated alcohol based flavors that require only 2.5% and have amazing taste and aroma. They are made in China. They are all I vape now. Just sayin'.
Don't feel bad. Flavors are just like the nicotine liquid. They may be mixed in the U.S., but they are mixed from chemicals and molecules that come from China. They can mix them in China, or they can mix them in the U.S. and charge twice as much for that "made in USA" label. Either way, they're Chinese. Even the brands that claim to be American or Italian are either made in China, or made in the U.S. with Chinese ingredients.

There is a popular line of flavoring now that claims to be Italian. Who knows more about good flavor than Italians, right? Well, in reality, the flavorists who developed the recipe are Italian. The liquid itself is made and mixed in China.

When they quit thinking a PV is an electric cigarette, they'll quit treating us like smokers and calling vapor smoke. Best not to vape what looks like a cig. or use the word e-cigarette among the uninitiated. Vaporizers are "e-cigarettes" like electric toothbrushes are e-carrots.

You guys are silly. All this talk about whats safe from where....

I buy American when i can because of American pride and in support of the country I LOVE. However when you break it down, many things we use, the cartos, Flavorings, mods and liquid are often made in China. There is no garuntee of safety because of origin of creation.

Truth be told many mods are made in some dirty old US owned machine shops. Many Juices from peoples apartment bedrooms and kitchens. Just because I know web design or pay for a professional looking template does not mean that my establishment is as clean as the design leads you to believe.

Furthermore all of this "healthy" talk is relative. These healthy "ingredients" were certified for use as flavorings in small amounts for the purpose of ingestion. NOT INHALATION. H20 in and of itself is good to drink. It keeps you hydrated and is necessary for life. I dont think any clear minded individual could suggest inhailing water as a "healthy" practice. By vaping you are gambling and hedging a bet that it is better for you than smoking.

I would be willing to hedge that bet right along with most of you but safety as we talk about it is relative.

Describing quality based on region of origin or nationality of the individuals making it is RACIST. Dont cross the line and make that distinction. Just as you or i wish to be judged on the basis of merit, judge the company on the basis of its goods. Blanketing an entire nation who is notorious for making low priced disposable goods cannot be labeled as a group.

If americans as a whole were known for being fat and lazy with a total disregard for other cultures, I would not want to be tossed into that bin just because I am an American. I am an American but I also believe i am an individual with high morals and a decent grasp on my weight and work ethic. Please I implore you if you are skeptical, examine the product and do research. Be informed, be smart inform others but be respectful.

I order from RTS. Tobacco is grown in the Carolinas and is also processed there. Bought large quantities on sale- discount was 35%. All 100 mg.

Take a look at the price of nicotine from an average priced vendor. If you pay less than at least 150-200% of that amount for your nicotine, it is almost certainly NOT extracted in America and it is definitely not European.

Big Pharma gets its nicotine for its patches and gums from China, from the exact same labs that your nicotine vendor gets its nicotine from.

That may well be. However, I'm not ready to take it for gospel for all nicotine. After all, America, in irony, has been one of the leading producers of tobacco from which nicotine is derived. Not saying that what you said is not true, just saying that it is not necessarily true in all instances.

It says they do not import their nicotine, but it doesn't say if the place they get the nicotine from imports it or not.
So I think without more clarification, the verdict may very well still be out on that question.

Made is USA to me just means that i support a local shop in the US. This to me is helping our poor economy. There is nothing wrong with Chinese manufacturing, but I am definitely only buying my juice from American vendors. Truth is hard to prove until the FDA steps in and regulates the manufacturing, even then its no guarantee that you are getting a pure product. Look at what happened with veggies a while back.

Sorry, that does not mean they don't use Chinese nicotine. Read between the lines.

    NICOTINE STATEMENTS

We do not import our nicotine
They get it from an American wholesaler who imports it from China at 99.7%

ECBlend does not work with or store raw or undiluted nicotine, we do not "cut" our nicotine, we buy nicotine pre-diluted in PG or VG base
Their nicotine is diluted by the wholesaler after they get it in pure form from China

TESTING: ECBlend obtains Laboratory Certificates of Analysis on our nicotine showing 99.7% pure nicotine. All nicotine for this category is diluted in Vegetable Glycerin(VG) or Propylene Glycol(PG) per our specifications prior to shipping to ECBlend. ECBlend then performs in-house titration testing to ensure the mg/ml is accurate within acceptable tolerance (+/- 2-4mg).
Their vendor takes the 99.7% Chinese nicotine (which, BTW, is less than pharma grade at 99.7%), and dilutes it to their specifications. ECBlend then tests it to make sure their wholesaler gave them what they paid for. If you buy 99.7% nicotine from China, they always will give you a Certificate of Analysis.

Each bottle of nicotine is tested on receipt in our facilities, using proper Nicotine Testing equipment by a qualified quality control member. Bottles are identified and results are logged.
If you buy pure nic from China, it will come with a batch number. Their vendor logs this batch number and ECBlends cross references it with the diluted nic base they get. That way, if a problem is found, it can be traced back to China and the wholesaler can notify any other juice maker who got diluted nic base from that same batch.

Nowhere on ECBlend's site does it say that they use American nicotine in their e-juice.
IMO, what they do say is borderline deceptive advertising, because they give that implication, as evidenced by people who interpret their statement to mean that they use US nicotine.

I'm not saying that ECBlends is doing this, because I don't know one way or the other.

But I do know that there are companies that do what you say.
And I have emailed some of them to ask if their nicotine is sourced in the United States.

I have never gotten an answer to that question from any company I have asked.
Of course, I have only asked a couple of companies.

And my emails could have gotten overlooked.

I'll put it this way; wholesalers and vendors get their nicotine from China because it's WAY cheaper than U.S. or EU nicotine and it tests out just as pure. Therefore, if they use US or EU nicotine, they have to charge WAY more for it. To justify their price and keep you from suffering sticker shock, when they use US or EU nicotine, they put it in big, red letters splashed across their website.

Just for yuks, go to TW and see how much they charge for their line of EU derived nicotine. Look at any US or EU nicotine. They DO NOT keep it a secret if they use it. Neither do any juice makers. If your juice used genuine US made nicotine, you can bet your life you'd know it.
