Default New to Vaping-- EGo Set up Question

Hey guys, I'm new to ecigs and posting here I have a question for you all about setting up my Joyetech EGo. I started using the 510-T and the set up was pretty simple. The EGo seems to be completely different -- the inside of the atomizer doesn't look at all like the 510-T. Any advice on how to set it up and what I need to do before I use it?

I apologize if someone previously asked this question, but I couldnt find anything similar in the posts.

    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum, without seeing exactly what you have it's hard to say. I "think" you may have a standard Atty. What you would need is a drip tip or a cart that fits into the opening.. I'll go hunt some pics for you.

For starters your 510-T atomizer will screw right on your eGo so that the transission will be more seamless.

    Thanks for the responses

The wick(?) inside is bigger than the atty on the 510-T. I have cartridges, but does the liquid go into the atomozer instead?

Most ego setups (not ego-T)come with atomizers and a cartridge with filler material. You drop juice into the filler material in the cartridge, place the cartridge on the atomizer and screw it onto your battery.

I find cartomizers a little more convenient. It's the atomizer and cartridge combined. They hold a little more juice, about 1 ml. They don't leak and more consistent vape. The downside is they are disposable, but they're fairly inexpensive for a box of 5. I'd get boge 2.0 or smoktek 1.7. Save your atomizer for direct dripping or to test out juice.

Edit: You can use cartomizers on both your ego and 510-T battery. But with the 510-T battery you should use standard resistance cartomizers, like 3.0.
