Question Trying to figure out my first kgo

Ok, I've received my first slb kgo from dark city vapor which is supposed to come with 5 empty caromizers. The instructions that came with it are for a cartridge and atomizer which it says to put together and start using right away. But I can't right? Cause these are empty right? And there is are no instructions on how to fill them. Am I missing something here or just really dumb?

your not dumb, just new. cartomizers are just a 1pc replacement for attomizer and cartridge(which is 2pc). i started with them, and the easiest way to fill them is to hold them at a 45degree angle and drip liquid down the inside until the "fluff" is wet and slushy looking. just dont drip down the center whole as it will just come out the battery connection end. there are some videos on you tube if that doesnt help

I don't know why the manufacturers of these PVs don't update their manuals. With the cartomizer removed you fill it with juice. Make absolute sure the filler in the carto is COMPLETELY SATURATED. Blow out excess juice through airway into tissue. Screw FINGER TIGHT on to battery and vape. Realize you'll have to push the battery button down 5 times to unlock it.

If they are standard sized cartos expect it to take about 20 drops= 1 ml.

    Oh also...
The instructions for charging the battery on the Kgo are wrong.
All you need to do is charge it till the light stays green. Then take it off the charger right away. Never leave it charging while you sleep or leave home. There is an excellent sticky here on ECF under "battery issues" if you want more details on battery safety etc.
Hope you enjoy your Kgo from Dark City Vapor as much as I have enjoyed mine.

Do a search for "condom method" as it makes sure the bottom (near the coil) is well saturated. If it gets dry near the coil - the carto will burn and then it's garbage and has to be tossed. The 1st fill of a new carto is critical, after that you can drip on the top to keep it ready to go...

    Typo above ^^^^.
    It's the 1st fill that's critical.
When they quit thinking a PV is an electric cigarette, they'll quit treating us like smokers and calling vapor smoke. Best not to vape what looks like a cig. or use the word e-cigarette among the uninitiated. Vaporizers are "e-cigarettes" like electric toothbrushes are e-carrots.

One note, the standard cartomizers with the kit are much lower quality than what you would get buying Boges or Smoktechs. Not only do they underperform, but the fill may not hold as much juice (as per my recent experience with all of the mentioned items). I love my kit, but that's just something you have to accept with that. I just wanted to make sure you were aware so you - 1) Don't waste juice over-filling/flooding and 2) Don't get discouraged if the performance is disappointing.

    Hi Ingerri
Mr Cowdog got his cigar juice from you today & he is happily vaping away on his silver (actually my backup) Kgo with silver Boge carto. He's calling it his e-cigar. It looks cool...kinda like the memory eraser in MIB3.
    Thanks so much
