DSE 901 LR Atomizer ? Different inside.

Ok I just have to ask this question,

I started of with the 901 DSE LR Atomizer and it worked great with a small battery on my GG..
The atomizer inside had like a mesh that was in a mini hill shape and I dripped my liquid onto it.

Ok then I wanted to get some more and I ordered the same ones. 4 packs of 5 set.

To my horror at first I noticed the inside was a different design. The box says 1.7 and the insides is like a stencil. Hard to explain but it's like the mesh is inside a metal tube and the metal tube looks like ... wow this is hard to explain.

Imagine a steel pipe and you sawn of the end at an angle. Then inside is the mesh..

What are these called and why are they different to the old standard ones.. I have just tried it again and it does work to my surprise as I think the juice goes under the pipe and up through the mesh somehow.

I have noticed it has less kick. Yesterday I made a batch of e-juice at 16mg and it was just right on the old atomizer but on these new ones it's weaker but lots more vape.

Is there any information on what these are. I think they are new-ish.

Sorry for the goofy questions. I was all in a huff and ready to send them back.

I took a pic of the inside but my computer hasn't registered it yet. Don't know why. I Uploaded some pic yesterday and it worked fine. When I hit I-Photo the pic is there but when I go to upload the pic it's not there.

Wow, that doesn't look at all like a 901! Maybe someone else can help. How does it vape?

Now I have used for an hour or so.. it vapes quite good. It fired up with a sphock !! sound. More aggressive. Need to give it more time. But it certainly picks up the juice from it's base. I still drip the top but barely any lands on it.

It now vapes the same as the normal 901 LR.

Maybe the more vape is because it's new. But I'm no expert.

That is what you call a 510-T tank atty or 901-T in your case...they are made for a small tank cart to slide down into it and feed liquid into that needle. It can be used for dripping but like you said the flavor is muted more than a regular atomizer.

Oh man, really !! lol...

I have 20 of these !! got them from LF.

So I could get a tank system but I haven't seen any for sale. Especially for the GGTS.

Or I could just vape them and just accept another screw up.

Just want to update that Liberty Flights confessed to sending me the wrong Atomizers.. Phew !! thought I was loosing my marbles for a while.

So I sent them back today.
