If you decide that you prefer clearomizers like the Vivi Nova, great, then you will be making an informed decision. If you don't try the commonly used juice systems, you will never know for sure which suits you best. Good luck.
This is the problem. If you try a Boge carto and a Smoketech carto, assuming you use the proper resistance, you've tried cartos. You know if you like cartos or not.

Clearos are an entirely different issue. The Boge I used 2 years ago is just like the Boge I used yesterday. When clearos first came out, they were terrible. I didn't touch a clearo for over a year. As far as I was concerned, cartos were better than clearos. Then came the CE2, CE3, G4, and on and on and on, in a constant stream of improvements.

Up until about 4-5 months ago, I would still have said cartos were better. Then, I found some clearos that were better than any carto, because cartos really haven't gone anywhere, except for the dual coil modification.

Nobody can make a blanket statement that cartos are better or worse than clearos without specifying exactly what model of clearo they're talking about. The difference between one carto and another is fairly minor. The differences between clearomizers is vast and significant.

When they quit thinking a PV is an electric cigarette, they'll quit treating us like smokers and calling vapor smoke. Best not to vape what looks like a cig. or use the word e-cigarette among the uninitiated. Vaporizers are "e-cigarettes" like electric toothbrushes are e-carrots.

So, clearomizers are the future? They do seem cleaner to me. Less fuss, mess, stuffing. I am a noob though. I may need to burn throgh some dollars to get my own true answer.

    Sailorman, I respect you alot.

I took your adivce and bought some clearos and they were horrible. You yourself helped me troubleshoot them. I think we need to begin to support reliable suppliers so new people aren't discouraged and waste hard earned money. You are not to blame. I am still seeking good quality clearos and madvapes is out of stock. Any other reputable sites you can recommend?

Yes! It comes with 3 different resistance heads so buy 1 tank system and about 4 extra 1.9 or 1.8 ( I can't reminder) heads. Those will give you the best vape at 3.3V. Give the 2.4 v that comes with it a try but like I said my 2.4v head read 3.0 ohms on my Provari. Anything over 2.4v won't be very productive on a 3.3v device

    Sorry if you covered this-

You tried the 2.0 or 1.7 cartos, correct? You did or didn't like them?

I also have to say that if you are serious about this, in all likelyhood you will probably end up getting a tube mod for better battery life. And if you do, you may as well get a Provari or equivalent. VV is very convenient and different eliquid flavors taste better at different voltages.
