Default Here is one newbie to another

I have been vaping for 4 weeks to the day, pack and a half to 2 pack a day of Newport. There is a ton of info out there about these devices. I started with the inferno starter kit, size of a small cigar and it works great for my needs driving the kids and so on. I have moved up to a torpedo variable voltage (VV) unit for home. I use it in morning when cravings are the worst, it is perfect. I have the 2 kits and some replacement parts, tips and attys or carto's and cannot forget the juice. I have kept track of all this to see how much I have spent, $275 is the amount for everything I have spent and I will not have to get anything for 3 weeks now. Then I will need to spend about $25 or so for some things. Point I am trying to make is that in NY where i live for the amount I smoked it cost me about $420 a month, vaping will cost about $50 unless I get crazy and want to mod.
Find what you think you will like and go for it, you will build a little collection in the beginning until you find what you love, but I am telling you that I have never been happier and I feel great! Best of luck to all of you!

Great advice there cdunn! It seems you really did your homework before purchasing; I hope that many noobs read your message and search these forums. An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure every time; it pays to be prepared.

Great advice indeed! And that's only the money side of it. When you factor in the health benefits of not smoking, it's almost too good to be true.

Absolutely great advice indeed. I can't tell you how many times I heard or read people investing couple hundred on the wrong product right off the bat and admitting they made an investment mistake. That could have set themselves up with a provari or a couple ego twists and plenty of supplies to get going. Or any other combination for that matter.

yup.. actually we will invest more when we are still not able to find our right setup or to get to that stage. i agree that we will start to purchase for trial and error. Current setup i have i need to spend around $100 for supply and juice.
