    Default 6 posts and still cannot post in other sections. What gives?

    I'm trying to post in the suppliers section in reply to the contest being run by Ultra. I've got 6 posts in the newbie section but still can't post. Is this supposed to be instantly available or does someone have to review my posts ie. does this take a while?

    Wait an hour or so, for next server refresh. I'm not sure what the schedule is but 1 hour is the general rule.

    Sorry noob here. So in order to post in specific sections, one has to post 6 times instead of 5? Confused.
