Default What are some good VV mid size devices that are regulated?

My wife and I are looking to upgrade devices from our basic eGo. I already know I am saving for a Provari V2 but she refuses to spend that much on one. I will probably buy her one anyway but I am trying to research tube mods that fall in the mid size category that have variable voltage and are regulated. Not having much luck as it doesn't seem to be a popular niche and not easy to search for. I like my twist but would like to find her something like it or a little bigger that is regulated and doesn't have the voltage drop off through the day.

Please give me a list of devices you know of that I can research and look into. Thanks so very much.

I own a Provari and I love it, but my new Vector Variable Volt comes in a regular and mini size that may appeal to you and your wife, as the entire kit including charger, batteries, case, drip tip, two atomizers, and free shipping is only $75.00. it looks Amazing and is VERY RELIABLE. I LOVE IT! Also VaporBeast really is so great to deal with, as they have A 30 day no hassle warranty, so if you are not happy... they will refund your purchase. Here is a link, I hope this helps!

I don't know of any device other than Provari that delivers what it is set for regardless of battery state. That is simply one of the many things that make the Provari a premium device. If it is unable to deliver what you request it will tell you in advance.

Take a look at the vtube from http://www.apolloecigs.com/

I think it does have the drop off issue (as do most other than the provari) but it has a big battery so it should be much of an issue.

You can get the whole kit which includes a case, battery, charger, 3.0ohm Atty for $53 after their 30% off coupon. IMHO this is as close as you can get to a provari for the price.

They have two sizes, just like the provari. They are the same price. I highly suggest the bigger one. It is not as big as it looks. I was shocked when I got my provari and found out that with my vivi nova, it is shorter than my volt x2 1300mah battery.

I believe the battery is 1600mah but you can get a 2200mah from orbtronic for $8.99

I cam very close to buying the vtube before I received a free provari

Vtube Mini is perfect. Dunno about you, but I cant afford two provaris lol. For like 110.00 you can have a vtube starter kit, and an additional vtube device/batterys. I have the starfire version of the vtube. The "vtube" is just actually a design everyone started making and naming it something different. The starfire vv I guess has something updated about it cant remember .. And it seems to be built better. I have starfire, friend has lavatube and from comparing them, it looks like the top cap is built better on starfire also.
I know all these people are provari fans because they baught them .. But its just really not needed. Its kinda like buying a 180.00 pair of shoes, and the 72.00 ones are great too.

BTW - I would challenge you to run out two vtube mini batterys in one day!! Would be hard lool ... I cant do it. I dont vape 6mg juice either though.

StarFire VV with 1.8ohm vivi Nova tank .. Bobbas Bounty/Gorilla Juice 18mg.
-Exercise your rights or loose them.

Ratman - I consider the Joyetech eGo-C Twist to be a must-buy no matter what else you have in your "arsenal".

THE EGO TWIST IS A GAME CHANGER - YouTube Grimm Green Twist Game changer

In addition to a few 650mah Twists ($22 each) I'd consider the Apollo SS VTube. The ProVari V2 is of course the Cadillac, and worth every penny IMO. The Smoktech VMax (around $100 including batteries from All About Vapor) is an AWESOME but slightly unproven device.

I have a provari, and I agree with you.

Only reason I have one is because my brother bought it and them decided he didn't want to be bothered (after just 3 days) so he gave it to me. The only two features that the provari has that the vtube doesn't is the atomizer resistance check and the fact that "you get what you set". But with a 2200mah battery, that never would come in play anyway. As for the resistance check, you can use a multimeter or that atty check box I've seen for $20. Plus, the provari is heavy. It's much smaller than I thought, but it's heavy

Wow, thank so much for all of the replies and so quickly too! Thanks!! I will be looking at all of these tomorrow for sure. I have learned an incredible amount in the last couple of weeks but there is so much more to go.

I got a Starefire as well here and just love it. I thought it was gonna be alot bigger then it really is. 1 batt and I am set for the whole day. So far imo it seems to be build pretty solid. The Starfire also has a few things that some of the other "Vtubes" don't. It shows the resistence of the atty, has a build in battery display, to show how much of ur batt is left, top and bottom caps r made of metel not plastic oh and ya it lets you run up to 3 amps. Keep in mind I got thro anywhere between 4-6ml of juice a day so I am constantly vap'n. Below is a link where I got my kit... Tube, 2 batts, charger, Case and 5 Smoktech Cartos...they have a black and chrome and they also come in the mini size...

    Starfire VV
