new ego c twist kit-atomizers not heating

Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thisis my first purchase
Just got new ego c twist kit, trying to get it to work
The atomizers don't seem to be getting any juice from the battery. They don't get warm and there is no hissing. Could see nothing being burned off.
The batteries look like they have a good charge on them.

Just to be sure the battery is charged, connect it ot the charger and make sure the light is green. Give the atomizer a couple of good dry puffs, then hold the button down and drag for about 4 seconds, if you get nothing try a different atomizer and if still nothing then it may be a dodgy battery.

with what you said and the suppliers help too i got one to work
It could have been a combination of the battery being too low (but it didn't take long too charge) and the atomizer liquid interferring with the connection to the battery (cleaned the atomizer and the housing real well)

I'm not being "funny" but did you click the battery button 5 times fast till the blue light flashed. It has a safety button -5 times quick = on and 5 times quick = off. also make sure you really ram that cart in good till you hear or feel a click, and then turn about 30%. All the best!

Also check the center posts of your batt AND atties. One post could be 'depressed'.
