    Default Clouds Of Vapor - How customer service should be!

    I had ordered several products from COV, Two siam mods pyrex tanks with steel caps(blue and ice), a tank filler and two stainless steel dip tips. start to finish they we're great to deal with! Within minutes of placing my order i had a confirmation email and tracking number. My package arrived pretty quickly considering i live in canada and opt'ed out of express shipping. It was like christmas morning when i received the mail, i opened everything up and started playing
    the first drip tip i put in was perfect! very little resistance whilst inserting and removing it from a carto. the second one....not so much I managed to get it into a brand new boge lr but getting it out was pretty difficult. I ended up using a pair of pliers and a bench vise, both the carto and drip tip were protected with some foam i had laying around but the damage was done the carto dented and there are some teeth marks on the drip tip from the pliers. After i cried a bit :P I emailed COV just to let them know what had happened and i stated that i wasn't looking for a refund or a new drip tip, i just wanted to let them know so they could do some QA/let their suppliers know or something like that. To my surprise i received an email from Justin at COV:


    Message: Justin,

    I am sorry that you are having issues with your drip tip.

    We have not had anyone tell us they had such an extreme issue as you have had.

    I have sent you out a new drip tip. Even though you indicated you did not need one, I wished to make this right for you. You should get what you order, in working condition, that is how we always feel at Clouds of Vapor.

    Please expect the new tip in the mail soon.

    Hi jyan ,
    I ordered a varistack from them with a 5 mil tank. The varistack came with some clearomizers. They did not fit, without a 510 to 510 adapter, which was not supplied. I let them know this and said i'm not looking for anything free. 3 days later a package shows up with about 20$ worth of goodies for free. Now its very hard for me to stray from this vendor because their awesome.
