Smile Oh sweet mystery of life at last I found you

    Hi everyone

I ordered two starter kits from Cash. Wednesday evening, I received notice that the Echeck had cleared. Friday afternoon, I was taking out the trash when my neighbor informed me that I had a package in the mail area. I nearly tossed my cane in a hobble/sprint to my Tracker and drove to the front of the building to retrieve my treasure. I was not disappointed.

Last night, I was happily puffing away on my new gadget and completely forgot about the 2 packs of Misty Menthols on the coffee table. This is too cool.

I want to thank everybody for sharing their ideas to get the best experience from e-smoking. I have learned much from watching the videos and reading about tips, steamers and egg holders.

While I was in line at a liquor store, a funnel shaped Jagermeister shot glass caught my eye. When the vessel stands upright, it rests on antlers and might substitute for an egg holder. Two people asked me why I was buying it. I must have looked quite out of place with the thing in my hand...a middle aged, grey haired lady clutching a pewter moose as if it were the Holy Grail! I offered an explanation about e-ciggy. They looked at me like they thought I was crazy. Well, it takes about 30 years for something new to catch on in my town.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say hello to everyone. And I'm very happy to have found this forum.

    Welcome to the forum, LakotaRose.
I have been e-smoking for 6 weeks, and I have not done as well as you (I still allow myself 3 or 4 tobacco cigarettes a day, but I did go down from 22...).
I must have missed the posts about the egg holders, because I can't think of what I'd do with them. Perhaps you can enlighten me?
I really hope you continue enjoying e-smoking, because it seems to have a helped a lot of people to quit or cut down on real cigarettes with relatively little pain, which is amazing. Be sure to drink lots of water, pecause PG will dry it. I did not feel the full hit until a few days in.
E-smoking is interesting, and once you start trying different flavors it can become almost a mania.... But I am really disappointed in the batteries, as they seem to decay so rapidly that this is going to cost me way more than smoking just for that.... (not counting that I have gone a bit crazy with the purchases, and that the juice I now have will last me for at least 1 year - but I won't have the power to smoke it unless i buy new batteries on a regular basis....).

Good luck - and if you can explain abot the egg holders, I won't have to search for it...

Welcome to the forum LakotaRose, make yourself at home.

Cat, the eggcup thing is another technique for refilling cartridges. Put some juice in an eggcup and the cartridge, filler side down. Leave to soak and you get a refilled cartridge without a syringe.

    Thanks, Kate, that makes sense.
However, I am now wielding my syringe around as if I were born with one in my hand, so I am happy with that system....

It's just that, where I live, I found only 3 ml ones (too narrow), and mine is so well used that there isn't a marking left on the outside. Fortunately, Cash has them....
