Default Gamucci??

Hello there, me again!!

Does anybody know anything about this brand?? In Ireland this was being advertised in the papers again, they seem to be at the top end of the market, a started kit will cost you 60GBP and 5 cartridges (which is the equivalent of 100 smokes) are 7GBP.

I dont see them advertising any spare parts and so I am wondering if this thing is made so well that you wont need any??

Actually, the website says that the battery and charger comes with a 12 month gaurantee, so does effectively mean that all you will need are cartridges??

Anyone with any comments??

thanks

Gamucci are rebranded generic 4072s 'classic' ecig you can get them and the carts much cheaper from Electronic Cigarette | Free Yourself... | e-cigs Welcome or The Electronic Cigarette Company (UK) Ltd. both very good suppliers. Theres also nooo way 5 cartridges is going to last you for 100 cigarettes!

Most posts I have seen on Gamucci are negative. Keep reading before you buy. With any of them you will need plenty of spare parts.

Stay clear of Gammucci - I paid over the odds for my classic in the mistaken belief that the 12month guarantee was worth the extra - it wasn't...........

I have had lots of problems with my e-cig and nothing but promises (and 1 atomiser) from Gamucci - I've given up with them now and have been buying all my spares from the Electronic Cigarette Company - I'm still getting atomiser failures but never had a problem with getting them replaced by ECC .

yep gamucci like everyone else sells rebranded generics at top-end prices. never bought one. cant believe how much play they are getting in the irish press. must be payed for. saw an article in the irish sun today about them. bought it just to read it, no mention of other makes. it read as if it was the only model. was looking for the border box that says -----this is an advertisement----- there wasnt one. for shame...so this is what it has come to.

NO DON'T DO IT. I got conned by a Gamucci. They are seriously overpriced rebranded generics. They used to sell a super mini, if that is the one being sold then it's an even bigger NO.

Do not believe anybody who says 1 cart=20 cigs, it is simply not true. 1 cart depending on type equals about 4-5 cigs and thats being generous. Spares are a nightmare to find and there are reports that this particular warranty is not honoured.

Have a good look around this forum, you will find 2 UK resellers highly praised, there are other EU sellers that have good reputations. Spend a couple of hours reading the forum, you will not regret it.

Hmm sounds like Gamucci are the masters at marketing, shame they can't make a working ecig and from what I have heard, their cartridges taste like crap!

wow, once again, my thanks to you all for your input, I dont doubt you for a second!! I think there are many irish people who will go straight out and buy one and never be any the wiser!! Ye know, the more I think about...there is no way this can't catch on bigtime soon, I reckon there will be 10 times more people on this board in 6 months!!

Good to know that they don't honor their warranty. Definitely a product to steer clear of.

I do not like them at all! I emailed them and a supplier on ebay and didn't get any help. I have quite a bunch of these devices and their is my least favorite! The one I have was so ugly, i sanded it down and made it brushed stainless instead of the blotchy white atomizer and off color battery it was. Looks better but still is far from my favorite. The draw is horrible compared to other pen styles I have. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
