just joking kimmie. its quite positively the worst out there. tastes like cale or cabbage. avoid unless you either want to gag or reap the health benefits which are of course unproven. stick to the cod-liver oil !

I'll agree that the carts that come with the kit are just plain grim. I've tried the cherry and strawberry flavours so far and they're pretty good but I'd say its up to the individual which one they will like best. You could try buying a few different flavours to start with to find which you like best and then buy a big bottle of liquid!

I just got some cherry carts through for my mini today. I think they're gorgeous! Tastes like bubblegum.
