Hi, I have just bought a milano e cigarette and it doesnt look like it is charging it flashes when i put it in the charger and i have left it for over 4 hours but it still does not work. As the manual i got with it is not that good i was wondering if i was doing anything wrong or if i should send it back? |

If you remove it from the charger and just suck on the battery end does the LED tip glow. You say it flashes when you plug it in. I assume we are talking about the LED on the battery. Does the Charger led change from green to red? If it says green it could be that it is fully charged and you have a faulty switch. When you suck on the battery end try touching the tip with your tongue, you should feel a small current.

Hi, welcome to the forum. Some batteries do flash for a few seconds when screwed into a charger, that's normal. If you aren't getting any heat in your atomiser after a four hour charge you might have a bad battery, charger or atomiser. Try charging your batteries for eight hours each and trying them again. If they still don't work there is something wrong. When you try to 'smoke' take a long, slow draw, ecigs need a different technique from cigs. Make sure you are using a moist cartridge. |
