the "cotton wool" holds the liquid mate...you cant refill without it...essentially the wool is the cartridge...the plastic bit just holds it...

so you need to wait until it dries, and put it back in...then fill it with the liquid...

For now, while you get the hang of it you are better off using the filler. Dripping onto the atomiser is a bit more advanced and can cause overdrying or flooding problems.

EDIT
You beat me to it again Darcy

The filler can be dried faster with some tissue if required.

Yes Darcy, I reckon. I don't like it so much when it's quiet here, I like to be talking or reading new stuff.

Did you get the prototype device Trog said he'd send you a while back? How is it, does it use a 901 atomiser?

you can dry the polyester wool by squeezing it in some kitchen paper till no more water squeezes out.

I normally just blow out the water from the plastic cart.

This is where some tweezers come in handy or a syringe , but syringe isnt really required.

What i do is , drip about 5 or 6 drops of juice into the empty plastic cart, then take the polyester filling and carfully replace it back into the plastic cart, it should absorb the juice thats in there ( this is easier with tweezers).
Once the polyester is back in , top up the cart with more juice untill it's nice and wet. not too wet as to have a little puddle on the top mind. then pop the whole cart back into your e-cig and puff away.
Top the cart up ( 2 or 3 drop into the polyester ) as required.

yeah...i used to be pretty full on with this site...problem is,i think i know just about everything there is to know about ecigs at this stage...im getting impatient for some evolution...but arent we all...

anyway, yes i got the prototype Trog kindly sent me...nice to have a unique device...it uses a 901 atomiser, and works well...its bigger than a screwdriver...but uses smaller cigar batteries,so it wouldnt be quite as impressive as a screwdriver...

drysmoking, its quite similar to a kiss vapour-wise...unfortunately,all my cigar batteries are a bit worn out,so i need to order new ones, but so far so good...

i must add that Trogs workmanship is excellent-this thing looks bulletproof...

It sounds handy Darcy. Those batteries are pretty cheap and then you only need to buy atomisers to keep it going. I guess it has a manual switch, that is a really good thing to have with an ecig. If you can cope with the size it sounds like a decent device, quality performance without expensive batteries.
