Default I don't know which one to choose

Well, I read a lot on this forum and I still can't decide which E-Cig to buy. People say that the 901 is good but noone talked about the 901b which looks like a pen. So Im thinking about buying one of those 3. DSE901b , M-401 GOLD EDITION , and Pen Model. All of them are almost the same price ( 3-4 $ difference). I wanna get one that won't give me a lot of problems because I dont want to keep buying new batteries and atomizers for it (a lot of people said that those break easy). I don't really care how it looks like. I don't mind smoking a pen lol. I care more about the quality. Well some advice would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

By the way. I'm buying from litecigusa. Shawn has been really helpful (answered to all the questions I had about the prices and the product within hours by email). Just wanted to say thanks and if you're new and you're looking for a e-cig litecig is the place for you. Really cheap prices and great support.

I'm not familiar with the M-401, but I have both a penstyle and a 901b.

I'd recommend a penstyle over a 901 for a first time buyer for two reasons. First of all, penstyle batteries seem to last noticeably longer than 901 batteries before requiring a recharge. Second, if you're learning to top off carts you're less likely to have "backfire" (what I call it when liquid leaks into your mouth) because it's much easier to tell when a penstyle cart is saturated than it is with a 901 cart. Also, when a penstyle does backfire it doesn't usually send nearly as much liquid into your mouth as a 901 does. I have a bad habit of adding too much e-liquid to my 901 cart, especially if it's dark where I'm refilling it.

Now, 901s do have benefits over penstyles, though I personally think you really reap these benefits more when you have experience. Of course, they are smaller than penstyles. They also drag more like a normal cigarette than a penstyle (which seems to drag more like a cigar than a cigarette). 901s also seem to be more manageable in terms of avoiding the "burn taste" (which is when the cart dries out and the atomizer just gives off a nasty taste. Penstyles will suddenly give you a mouthful of foul tasting smoke from my experience, while with a 901 you'll get a slightly "off" taste before it gets full on nasty). Finally, if you're topping off carts there's much less liquid going to waste in the bottom of the cart due to the smaller cart size.

So there's my 2 cents. 901s are better IMHO, but penstyles seem more "forgiving" to people who are just learning. Hopefully somebody that has experience with the M-401 as well will be able to add their input.

    the 901b does not look like a pen...its a mini...the dse901 is white,and the dse901b is black...basically the same ecig...

whichever ecig you get, youre going to have to buy new batteries and atomisers for it,no matter what you buy...thats a fact...

so its up to you which one you go for...dse901 in whichever colour is a good mini ecig...shawns penstyles are also good...and m401 gets good reviews...if you want one that lasts a bit longer get a penstyle...if you want something smaller, get a 901 of whichever colour you fancy,or the m401...and discuss what you want with shawn before you buy...im sure he'll be happy to advise you.

I've been e-smoking now for 3 weeks, cut out tobacco from the first day my dse901 arrived.I ordered 2,so I would have one on standby.I still haven't had to use the 2nd one yet. I use my 901 constantly throughout the day.

Three weeks for me as well with 901b. Not touched a real cig since day one so would definitely recommend the 901.
