    Default Refilling VX2 cartridge?

Does anyone have any experience refilling the VX2 AKA the J-118 cartridge? read that the tea bag method is not good because of the battery layout.

are they the prefilled j188 carts or empty? I don't have a VX2 but my roommate does and I have used it. In my experience with it, you need to be REALLY careful not to put too much in. We use a paper clip stuffed down the side of the cart to compress the material. Drip from the bottle as you let up on the paper clip. This soaks up as much as u can get in there. Then flip it over and dab it on a paper towel if you have any extra fluid on the tip.

I cannot imagine why the PTB mod would be bad in any situation, let alone a fairly normal mini like the vx2.

You may have your sources of information crossed. I don't have a 901 to compare it to, but from watching Figurehead's review (YouTube - VX2 review pt 2) it seems the size of the hole in the atty/battery in the VX2 or the way it's placed means that leakage into the auto battery would be more likely than it would be a 901. If you're using catridges (PTB or not) and not overfilling them, you'll be fine.
